V8 Superutes Round 5 Bathurst 2025
athurst Recap đ
Well, it was another tough weekend on the mountain. You may have seen the coverage already â we had a pretty heavy rollover during this yearâs campaign, so safe to say it wasnât the weekend we were hoping for.

Friday started off okay, with qualifying putting us in P13. The car felt good, but we were surprised to be that far back. After digging into the data, we realised we were significantly down on straight-line speed due to the latest parity adjustments â only getting about 45% throttle after 220km/h, which made a big difference.

â

Saturday (Race 2) ended early with a DNF after getting tapped in the rear by Luke Webber, sending us off into the gravel and causing the car to roll twice. Massive thanks to Jade from Townsville Fleet Services and the Sieders Racing Team who somehow managed to get the car repaired and back on track just 5 hours later.

We brought it home in P15, which felt like a win given the circumstances.

Sunday didnât go much better. The car dropped a sensor on the warm-up lap putting it into Limp mode, and then we copped contact off the start which bent the steering. We battled on and managed to finish P17.
Definitely not the results we were chasing, but thatâs racing sometimes. Big thanks to our team and supporters who helped keep us going. Hopefully our luck turns around soon!
