V8 Superutes 2025 - Round 1 Sydney Motorsport Park
inished off the weekend in p8 for the last race.
This weekend had a lot of highs and lows- from starting the weekend with some solid speed and up the front; to being involved in a track incident that ended our race 2 and causing significant damage to our ute; then back finishing in the top 10 again nursing the wounded ute home and paying tribute on the bonnet of our car to the legend Kev Culley who lost his life late last year suddenly. It was great to be given the honour to do that.
I'd also like to thank my Mechanic Jade Clouten from Townsville Fleet Services who busted his ass all weekend on my ute fixing damages and also a big thanks to Tyler, Neeks and Cliffy who came over and helped and got the car back out there for Race 3 yesterday. What a team Sieders Racing is. Remarkable.
All things aside we can hold our head high and when the stars align and have a bit of luck go our way we will be on for a top 5 result.
See yas all in Tassie
Cheers Dave
